FAQ

Straight answers.

Who can apply?

Anyone 18 and older living in or near our service counties. No prior experience required — just a willingness to work hard and learn.

How much does it cost?

The program is tuition-free thanks to USDA workforce funding. A small membership fee covers Racing Club events and gear.

What should I bring?

Closed-toe boots, work-appropriate clothing, and safety glasses. All specialty tools and PPE are provided on-site.

Do I need experience?

No. We start at the basics and build up. Instructors are working tradespeople who love teaching newcomers.

Is financial assistance available?

Yes. Stipends, transportation reimbursement, and tool grants are available for qualifying students. Ask us on your application.
